FrontBackSide2Side wrote:i would replace the abs sensor first, chances are it will get rid of the modulator fault too as the sensor is probably not sending out the correct signal so the modulator isn't responding as it should so this will be seen as a fault. Same with the 4WS, change the sensor and it will probably get rid of the other fault. Id do one at a time though starting with the abs sensor as the 2 systems (abs and 4WS) are tied in together so changing one sensor may solve all you problems but i might be being optimistic there lol.
Yep, what I said on the other thread.

Sensor first (resistance check it first just to be sure it's the sensor rather than loom of course - nb: it will be the sensor lol) try that and abs is bound to be fixed. if 4ws still playing up (do take it for a drive if it works on static test, just to be sure) then resolder the ecu.

As per a post I put up recently, even when you can't see any dry joints in the ECU, that trick still works, amazingly (2 ECUs here)

Yea cool. Thanks for the help guys. Shame I gotta work all the bloody time. Never get time to do anything :? Going to check all the bloody sensors and also re solder the ecu. As previously said, I'd rather it all worked before I make a final decision as to weather it will get torn out or not. Tried to get time on it today but had to go bloody shopping and repair the Deck. . It's all the same, something always needs doing lol
