You dont really need to take ot anywhere to lower it ;)

Buy springs, or coilovers and fit them, if your unable to fit yourself any garage would be able to fit for you ;)

What are you looking for?
Point and pay (i.e. turn up with the car, they supply the bits and fit) or are you looking to find a garage that will fit parts you've bought?
Are you looking for new coilovers or just to fit lowering springs on existing shocks?

If you're looking for the first one, quick google turned up this lot.

I don't know them at all, but they've been around a while and are re-sellers for decent brands by the look (including Eibach springs) and list a variety of lowering springs for ludes.

I'm thinking drive in, tell them what I want, fit it.

BUT

No one seem to know how to track it up, so I'm stuffed!!!

Just give them a copy of the pages from the Honda service manual and borrow or buy a 4WS locking pin from someone on here?
