Just swap the loom, mirror, catch mechanism and door handle - easier to do this with both doors off the car though! The wind deflector can be detached from your current door and moved to the other one. Both will have the mounting holes.

JDM glass is bound to be bronze tinted? UKDM is bound to be blue/green tinted? Make sure you check this carefully while the doors are off!!! Saves a lot of heartache later...
I did a reply to another thread a couple of months ago about what's needed to be done to swap a 4th gen UKDM/JDM door. If you search my posts, you should be able to find it.
Swapping the loom isn't particularly difficult, it's just a bit fiddly getting the clips out in some places.

i had a look at this as im planning on swapping the passenger door (jdm to jdm) and drivers door (jdm to ukdm)
changing the lock barrels over is fairly easy - ive had a look at changing the loom on the drivers door but decided to leave that for now as it looks very fiddly. can be done but tho.
