Right seems like its fixed :| (so far)

Trimmed the hose, bough 5lt of coolant (was the most i could afford :( ) but seemed to only take 1/3 of the bottle.....maybe wasnt as empty as i though :shock:

Anyways what happens next :twisted:

If it only took that little amount of coolant then you haven't drained it all, the heater matrix etc will still be full, sounds like you have only drained the engine block.

Now you bleed it up and sit back and smile at your handiwork :)

Run engine with radiator cap of and keep topping up when the lvl goes down :) tnx again

Don't forget to bleed from the nipple.
It's very important to give nipples the attention they deserve... ;)
