This is a brake light right ?
Seems to light up white/green and always thought these things light up red, 'cause being a brake light ?

How come I see the word Prelude light up green then ?

This is a JDM option, generally fitted to cars with the brake light in the spoiler as not to have 2 high level brake lights

They don't light up as standard but can be modded to light up (this may have been done while the car was still in Japan)
