Well yeah, they will know if they sell them or not, but they do have the pages of their own website selling coilovers still published and coming up top of google searches (try searching "k sport coilovers" in google and you'll see what I mean).
They're hardly going to encourage custom for what products they do still sell, if they take that sort of blunt response.
It would be normal to word that something slightly more friendly like "sorry, we now only sell brakes not coilovers." and/or to point the enquirer to another place that might be able to obtain parts from the manufacturer that they represent in the UK, or even still be bothered to make the enquiry with said manufacturer themselves!
As it seems, they obviously don't have much appetite for chasing any possible sales
