Best bet it look on youtube for fibre glass bumper repairs or the like will give you idea's

You basically just want to give it a bit of strength again so you can fill the front to make it look like new

I just went up mansfield this weekend an picked up same bumper as you lol they do look a bit in ya face but i got to admit i love it :D
if it aint broken your not driving it hard enough

Yeah i have never really been a fan of body kit, but i do like the way my lude looks!

I wouldn't class that as an easy repair. Not in anyway.
Just bin it. One less of those bumpers around. :P

Big thanks to Paul72 for his help with fixing up my bumper, it looks awesome again now. and the repair is the shiniest part of the car! :lol:
