Official JAE 2013 - 12-15 Sept - BOOKINGS\PAYMENT THREAD

Post by Gayno » Mon Jul 01, 2013 9:13 pm

Now that Japshow is out of the way, it's time for JAE!!

This year, the gates open at 3pm on THURSDAY 12th SEPTEMBER. That's right, a whole extra 24 hours of JAE!!

Weekend ticket prices are £30. This applies if you are turning up on Friday afternoon/evening also.

This price includes camping, and an additional £5 which covers the cost of hiring a generator, petrol for the generator and charcoal/gas for the communal BBQ. You also get a free show guide upon entry (normally £3). Under 12's are free entry, 1 per paying adult

I can only order weekend tickets for the stand, day only tickets only applies on the Saturday and is pay on the gate only. Day only entry also will not allow you onto the club stand, you will have to park in the car park and walk down to us.

I ask that you send PayPal payment (as a gift to avoid fees) of £32 which will cover cost of stamp/envelope to send out your ticket/stand pass. If you would like more than 1 ticket then you only need to pay the extra £2 once, so 2 tickets will be £62, 3 tickets £92 and so on.

Obviously, if you are local to me and/or can collect the tickets, then feel free to omit the postage charge and only send £30 per ticket.

Due to the value of the tickets (especially multiple ones) I will only use recorded delivery for sending these tickets.

I will also take direct bank transfer and cheque.

The stand has already been booked, and we are on plots W6 and X6 in the Okayama field. Due to this, there is no deadline as such to guarantee our space. I would however, like to have these booked and sent out in plenty of time (unlike Japfest) so payment will be required by MIDNIGHT SUNDAY 18th AUGUST 2013. Unless prior arrangement have been made with me via PM, no further payments will be taken after this date. You will still be more than welcome to join us, but you will have to pay £35 on the gate when you arrive.

Anyone is also welcome to give me cash at LLL's National Meet in August.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is also the first show for which we are using our NEW Lude Generation tickets only PayPal account. Whilst I'm sure most of you trust me or any other member who makes show bookings, this now means your money is held in a separate account away from mine (or anyone else's) personal funds, and is only released to me when the booking is ready to be made.

The new PayPal address for payment is tickets@ludegeneration.co.uk

PLEASE REMEMBER TO SEND AS A GIFT TO AVOID FEES - This still applies to our tickets account.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When you have paid, please PM me with your full name, postal address and a contact mobile number so I can check your payment against the account.

If you wish to use direct bank transfer or cheque, please PM me for my details.

So to summarise:

1 x weekend ticket and stand pass, posted 1st class "recorded signed for" - £32

Each additional weekend ticket is just £30.

So there's the info, lets get this going! Below are the members who have already said they would like to attend, I will update this as and when people have paid.

driving a non jap daily so it would need to be in the public car park. no good being at a car show with no car to show imo. also its a great base for your tent to work from.

Just to contradict myself, not sure I'll be going now having just exchanged contracts today on a new house, leaving me with not much money. Not even sure I'll be able to get the lude on the road by then either and the current daily is a non jap. :(

I know. But I don't want to commit unless I can take the lude, there is still a slight possibility......

@Gayno I won't be getting a ticket as above, but if I decide sometime in September that it a goer, can tickets be bought last minute?
