Egr has been replaced, but the fault code came up again. Any ideas what else could cause this problem?

Have you looked in the service manual to follow the fault finding guide for that fault code?

No, I haven't. I have tried to clean it first, then I deleted the fault code by taking out radio fuse. It didn't help, so I decided to replace EGR. It was fine for the first 100 miles, then the fault code came up again.

Is there any chance to get rid of the bloody fault code by blanking it? (I know I won't gain anything on standard ECU, I just want to get rid of the fault code somehow)

Ok, I have unplugged the connector to see what happens. The engine management light came up after two days, as it usually does.
I thought if you unplug the connector the light should be on all the time.

That's what I think, because EGR has been replaced and ports have been cleaned, but the bloody fault code is still there.

Is there any way to check the wiring? What is the function of the connector?

have you checked the vacuum lines? or even if there is a a vacuum going to the valve?
