AC does not come on

OK I am prize kebab. There is nothing wrong with my car, the AC is fine, I just didn't know how it works.

It tuns out that as soon as you move the UKDM temperature slider to its minimum setting it auto switches the AC off

I must have been pressing the AC button while the slider was on minimum

So if you want the AC to be really cold it switches off?

It makes sense about it switching the a/c off - otherwise you could get serious condensation build up/icing on the condensor?
