Well thats my timingbelt inc waterpump ordered £240 inc vat i feel sick now lol maybe could of gt it cheaper elswhere but its ordered now and ive paid deposit

mate you should have given me a shout about this - we could have helped you out getting parts and getting the timing belt done (with your help of course) at out workshop - it is a long journey but would have saved you £££'s compared to a garage and you could have learned how to do the timing belt yourself in the future.

i still need to find somebody to do the timingbelt ive only ordered it ive paid 20pound deposit so i still have to pay £240 when i collect it nxt thursday unless u can get it cheaper for me mate

im not knocking what youve done - you could go the manual tensioner route and get it all for under £200 - i put up a list of prices and part numbers when i did the timing belt on my lude - it should be in my lude profile thread :)

timing belt and water pump kit on H-tune is listed as £119.98 (excl. tensioner).
They don't list auto tensioner (contact them for a price?). Manual kit is listed as (£89.99).

FWIW, I stuck with auto on my UKDM and will do the same on the JDM too (done 20-odd years without problem and the engines aren't being heavily modded)

im just sticking with the auto tensioner mate the whole kit ive ordered is £260 thats including the tensioner and waterpump
