If you paid someone to fit the door it would cost you more than £30, particularly if you have to swap the looms. But tbh I reckon what you've quoted there sounds reasonable.

ive just changed over my passenger door as it got badly dented - it wasnt the easiest job to do - even now im still adjusting it to line it up perfectly. £50 for a 2nd hand fully built up door is about right price wise - i would hate to think what it would cost from honda - i was lucky and got the door and wings off Dinos old lude so the paintwork is near perfect.
Good luck with geting it fixed - i have another spare passenger door in great condition in Milano Red but im in Edinburgh so dont think im close enough to help you out.

Changing it is easy, it's the lining it up right that takes more work.

Is yours UKDM or JDM, Bludge?

Ok for reference when you come to change the door, if you're swapping it with the looms staying in the doors, it plugs in sort of up above the glove box on the passenger side. It's a bit of a PITA because there's not much slack, but not too bad (the drivers side on the other hand, is a complete bitch on a JDM!).

UKDM's are easier all round because they have the plugs inside the 'A' pillar with enough slack to pull them out.
