So in an arena where the same basic rules apply to everyone, regular users can be wrong but mods can't

Of course not mods are omnipotent. If you don't believe me I will have you smitten with the official LG smitter(yes thats a word mods can make them up) It consists of gentleman's sausages removed from banned members attached to a chain and a very large stick.
