Rear lower tie bar

Don't know the real name of this but I think it's called that.

Carbon Fibre design work but don't think it's real. It is for 2WS and helps with suspension in some way or other.

£30 pick up.

im gonna sound like a bit of a retard but is that the bit that goes on the underside at the back of the car to stiffen it up? would it fit a 5th gen?

It braces the the lower rear arms by reducing the lateral movement of the rear arm bushes. It will not fit cars with 4WS.

If the subframe from both generations are interchangeable then they should be. I see some rear lower strut braces advertised for 92-01 meaning for both generations.
