It is usually possible to re-attach ribbons into sockets, if the ribbon is intact, but if it's ripped/torn off, you can forget it.
That one also looks like it's been mangled by being trapped/squashed against the middle of the boss? So not good...
I agree with Ratty, that looks buggered and I'd go with his advice. But make sure the cable can't accidentally come into contact with the connector at all, otherwise you might end up triggering the air bag

Thanks for the replies guys, I did abit more digging and managed to get the part out where it attaches to, it completely ripped off so i'll not be able to get the ribbon back in. but there is a connector that runs down into under the dash to I'm assuming id be able to unplug it and just try and find a replacement bit. Prop shoulda took a photo to show you what i mean, i'll see if i can get one to see if any of yous have one that i could buy off ya

Right folks think I've found what I need but just wanna double check with yous, here is the link to it

It looks right apart form mine had Cruise control but it never worked so im not to worried about that, but would there be any difference in the two if that one came from a 2ws prelude? From what i can make out all that does is control the horn, airbag and cruise control if it has it, can anyone confirm?
Or if one of yous have one out of a 4ws with cruise control can you give me a shout cheers
