Head Compatibility
Are the Prelude H22 P13 head and the ATR H22a7 PDE head parts compatible? as I have a PDE head that needs cam lobes, LMA's plus the gubbins to hold down the cams etc., and im hoping to just take the stuff off the P13 head.

put a shim under the spring when putting the h22 lma's into the a7 head, gotcha thanks phil! ill have a butchers through the PAW posts too4thgenphil wrote:right i know the LMA's on the A7 are shorter, you need to put a shim under the spring for the a7 LMA's. other h22's had hydraulic LMA's.
have a look through PUK, i got all the info on there, i think it was on of PAWs posts to help narrow down the search

Drax are you saying you don't have the top half of the cam bearings on the atr head and wish to use the p13 bits?
If so the bits are bolted together on each head and line bored in place so everyone may be slightly different! Only way to tell is assemble the cams bolted down with plasti gauge to check compressions are ok.
