My first ever computer was one of the 128s

Loved it at the time, but chances are pretty low of me getting it out of the loft to play again. Just not practical.

As for headphones, if I'm out I use my Sennheiser CX300 II
Definitely the best in ear I have used, and come with a pouch to stop them getting dirty or tangled.

At home I use Sennheiser HD555s 8-)

Clearly you're drunk.
How did you know? "Zilog" sounds cool anyway!

Oh yeah. I'm always drunk... I may have been being slightly prov...Provoc... oprocat... *mumble*

If I remember, my Memotech had a 6502? Can't remember about the Vic20... (Us having mentioned 3 commodores can I start reminiscing about Jeff Minter and camels now? :D )

Jack Tramiel was one of the more interesting characters, wasn't he? I remember suggestion that TOS on the ST stood for "Tramiel Op.System". Say what you like about the 65XE, but it would play 800XL games wouldn't it, eh? eh? :poke: BTW, you don't have a C128 do you? :o *drool*

(and when are you guys going to add a drool smiley? ;) )

Sorry man! I stuck to my guns, never owned ANY Atari kit. Did dabble in the Lands of Amstrad and Sinclair briefly, but always ended up back with Commodore.

I wish :( Did have a nice chat with the man that designed it though (Bil Herd). Really nice bloke :)

That's a secret ...

I have Sennhieser cx680i which have silicon buds and foam inside

They are also waterproof, which is really handy as I go for long runs outdoors and inevitably it rains. Just a pity the ipod isnt waterproof though

Anyway, back on topic to the golden age of computers. (stone age really ) I had a Spectrum + This solved the dodgy keyboard issue :D. My mate had a C64 and we spent aaaaaaages arguing over which was best! Clearly the C64 had better sound and graphics, plus a loading system that actually worked  but I reckon the Spectrum games were far more playable despite the awful graphics??
