horn relay's command wire

Hi

the wire from the steering wheel to the horn's relay on my 5th G has been cut (some stupid installed the battery and let the wire go under it... it got cut after a while !). I can't find where it goes from the interior to the relay, can anyone tell me ? it's #87 on the relay, red with black tape.

of course, it's not told in any electrical diagram, i gotta find somebody willing to explore his own car

need to know where the wire comes from. red with black tape, coming on #87 on the horn relay (behind the right front light)
