I know paul that they are not ukranian militants

they are also not ragtag they have standardised uniform dress pretty much the best equipment available I think we can safely say they are Russian, spetnatz or not I am not sure I always thought they had a min height weight requirement but I could be wrong

He insisted that Mr Yanukovych was still the legitimate president, and accused the West of encouraging the street protests that had ousted him.

There were only three legal means to remove a president, he said: death, personal resignation or impeachment.

So he has been inpeached.
So how has he not been legally removed?
