What do you think buddy, No insignia=Spetsnaz=Ukrainian troops staying well out of it?
I have kleptomania,
But when it gets bad,
I take something for it.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-26433309
Referring to the overthrow of Mr Yanukovych, Mr Putin said the ousted leader had agreed to all of the opposition's demands.

He insisted that Mr Yanukovych was still the legitimate president, and accused the West of encouraging the street protests that had ousted him.

There were only three legal means to remove a president, he said: death, personal resignation or impeachment.
Yep and...

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-26304842
The vote to "remove Viktor Yanukovych from the post of president of Ukraine" was passed by 328 MPs.

Such ballots, passed by what is called constitutional majority, are binding and enter into force with immediate effect, the BBC's Ukraine analyst Olexiy Solohubenko reports
So he has been inpeached.
So how has he not been legally removed?
