thanks guys, it's decided.
Its hard to judge with such a lot of variety out there (Mint Motegi to thrashed 2.0i auto) but so few red top UKDM manuals. Autotrader 'suggested' 1400 - nice of them.
There are some age related marks but the general consensus is 1400 is too cheap, soooo ......

Yeah, stick it up for £2k & accept £1650 minimum I'd say.

Depends on how quickly you want to sell it I suppose. But it is worth £1800 all day long. Especially considering these engines go well past 200k if properly maintained, and the overall condition & spec of the car is excellent to suit..

If it helps il be selling my milano red h22a8 same mileage fhsh, bonnet and bumper could do with respray and small scabs of rust at rear arches for around £1200-£1400. You could probs get £1800 up for yours easy if you hold out
