If you're going that route I'd team it with "Congratulations on the amphitheatre" Hi-temp transmission fluid.

And if you're going the whole hog, perhaps also the "I got wedged in the gymnasium" -10 degrees windscreen wash
10W/50 ??? It exists such an oil ? :-)
I have 10W/40 Castrol is that ok ?
Any EBay link for the Automatic transmission oil ?
Also anybody has a Ebay link with a K&N oil filter for my 2.0 1997 Lude ?
Thank you .

Any 10W-40 semi synthetic will be absolutely fine for the engine.

Can't recall what oil the gearbox needs, but don't put cheap stuff in that. No doubt someone that knows what these things like will be along to say shortly!

Since I've had my 97 auto ss lude I've ran it off castrol dex III ATF fluid plus a quart of Lucas stop slip/ leak oil. You can get castrol stuff anywhere just make sure it's dex III or get honda ATF as that's what honda would recommend!! Lol the Lucas oil I get off eBay for around 17 quid. It's worth it trust me especially if you haven't a clue about it's service history keeps seals and parts inside well lubricated but at same time created a film over friction plates that reacts and stops slip and burn! One pointer if you do add additive like Lucas on service make sure add that in to your total measure don't overfill or you will just create more problems!

welcome along Andrei :)
i was going to say most of us would recommend using Honda MTF gearbox oil or Amsoil MTF for manual gear boxes im not sure exactly whats recommended for an auto but if in doubt id go with Honda. I head hear somewhere that Landrover use the same gearbox fluids but you would have to check that out ;) or you could go with what is mentioned in the previous post ^^^
