Ahh I see I didn't think about the weight of your cage as well.

That's a proper race prepared looking thing though - I'm guessing cost a fair bit more than your lude! (makes it even better when you show them up  )

Yeah fingers crossed it acts a bit of a bloater and has a narrow power band 8-)

I am sure there wont be many cars that cost less than my Lude  The Cayman R is some thing like £40K for a 2011 car and the Leon was around £25K:

I am sure there is an Evo soon to be in my class too. But from what I have seen on FB it is a proper fat boy at 1578 kg, it must have some amount of power :? (Edit - It could have up to 355whp at that weight )

Whats that? the Evo?

TBH I am not too concerned. I know where the 4WS cars have the advantage over me at Knockhill, accelerating out of the hairpin as they can get their power down good.

It could have as little as 238whp  I am just speculating :D

Edit - Spoke to the dude on FB and he thinks it is 335whp.

An interesting mix of cars to be up against. Can't wait to see how you get on.

Keep us updated on the cage build, bad luck (for him) having to go into hospital. Wasn't 'lude-cage-install' related was it?

No it was years of inhaling welding fumes lump in the throat visit to the hospital :( I am pretty much desperate to have the car back with me.

Yeah a real good mix of cars in my class, I think it is the most diverse group. FWD, RWD, 4WD, turbo, Na, new and old.
