No  I turned on the oven and made a roast chicken instead. Don't think that's gonna help at all.

I will send you pictures when I end up melting them.

Roast chicken with Mediterranean influences I guess  All cooked with olive oil from the mrs' family garden in Italy. Rubbed salt into the chicken, thinly sliced either side of the breast bone and put in some thin strips of lardo (not at the start, about halfway through). Stuffed with sage, fennel, sausage and bell pepper. I don't cover the chicken with foil or anything, cook with lots of olive oil for about 2 hours at 180 celcius and for the last 15 minutes I crank it up to around 220-230. Baste every 20 mins or so. Roasted with parsnips, potatoes and rosemary. Shallow fried peas with pancetta and peperoncini. Secret recipe gravy :hurr:

Thread revival..

What HID's are people using? Now that I have a projector in my headlight I want a really cool white light.

Something bright/white but not illegal that I would get pulled over for.

Is 5000k good or should I stick with 6000K?

5000k to 6000k is about where sunlight sits so you should probably aim for that. Anything lower is too far towards the red end of the spectrum, anything higher is too blue.

If the 6k appears white enough and not too blue, then stick with that.
