Re: ju5ta5 5g gold lude
Thanks mate. I was thinking about aftermarket projector headlights with black rear housing but majority being poor quality, I am more keen to retrofit projectors into original headlights and paint the housing black or something. I have seen people doing it, but cant remember what car's headlight projectors they used. I will research more later, I have enough work on current wish listthusee wrote:that color looks really nice on the lude!
maybe black house the oem lights! will really set it off!

Re: ju5ta5 5g gold lude
I was taking few bits today off the parts car and decided to change cracked speedo cover (later noticed that it wasn't on my to do list, must have missed it
)
from this:

to:

i dont know how it was cracked in the first place, but it's now done
If anyone needs a speedo without the cover (or with cracked one), I can give it for free (mileage 148k)

Do you mean these rings?honda-hardy wrote:nice work on the dils. as you have the cover off and all the gauges exposed, the four rings that surround the gauges, do they come off or are they moulded to the surround?

They have few plastic pins welded at the back, it took me 2 secs to push them out

Since you asked about them, they would look much nicer in a different colour.. I need to add this to my to do list as well
