Rocker cover

bb1boy[/tag,]It has 4 doughnut looking washers on there that has rubber gasket/washer thingys attached to it. I just needed to lift those off with a flat point. Darn things!

Isn't the second accelerator cable bracket meant to be bolted to that spare threaded hole on the left hand side of the rocker cover?

I'd suggest shaving the paint off the lettering on the top, to finish the look off.

Not only that @wurlycorner, I broke the nut off inside. I tried to tap it out but couldn't.

So that is the two things right there, nut broken, hence accelerator cable tied somewhere else and not where it is meant to be screwed down.

tbh your a brave woman, I have wanted to do my rocker for ages but I know I need a gasket so its given me a reason to put it off..........

Ah, bad luck. Never mind, it's not the end of the world. Might cause the throttle to go a bit stiff or sticky because of the altered routing, that's all (and that's unlikely).
