Go to The Gun Store. Try out any kind of gun you want, I tried a glock 9mm and an MP4 assault rifle but you can pretty much have a go of anything. Even shotguns and sniper rifles.

Yes and I'm afraid I couldn't stand the place. Get yourselves over to San Francisco matey, enjoy the style of the city, the friendliness of most of the locals and the sheer volume of magnificent things to see and do.
Wherever you do end up, have a great time.

San Francisco has much more appeal to me as well personally, but that's 'cause I'm not one for theme park attractions as a rule... If that is your thing though, I expect Vegas is great.
(not meant as a sleight, but as in different folks/strokes etc.)

Vegas is AMAZING!!

Advice - Skip the Grand Canyon and stay in Vegas. I spent 5 hours or so driving there, an hour there and 5 hours driving back. You may as well be looking at a photo of the grand Canyon. Yeah, it's big and Canyon like but that was the biggest regret i had. What else could i have done with that day :(

The casinos are awesome. We didn't gamble a cent but there is so much else to see and do. They are all themed and great.

A must is seeing the Bellagio dancing fountains, watching the Mirage Volcano erupt, the Pirate show at Treasure Island etc. etc. Every casino has a hook and its worth seeing them all. They are like little cities in themselves.

I'm sure you will LOVE it.

I sooooo want to go back.

Peter

Only one tip from me. Don't go in a Casino, you will come out skint.
It's designed that way, you have zero chance of escaping the slots.
