Problem is the engine crane weighs as much as the dam engine. And I don't have one :(
236bhp and 170ft/lb stock

Depends where you are. I've spent a month looking for a used one at a sensible price round my way. even hire prices round here have gone drokking mental - £45-£65 for a days hire? F.O!!! £15 is what I used to pay and try as I might, I can't get how inflation can affect the cost of storing and lifting it over the counter by that amount, considering the cost of buying them.has dropped by so much...

Gave up in the end, ropey light weight ones were going for nearly as much as brand new, so in the end that's what I've done (and CX engines need a big crane...).

Saw plenty of sensibly priced ones miles away though, like you say

I paid about £120 for my crane new, I've used it loads in the time I've had it and I think they're a really useful tool. I've put a slight bend in mine however  still works perfectly though 8-)

Bottomed out. I imagine those numbers MUST be some measurement.
