HOLY jobby is all i need to say, that was bloody tough made the whole course in 4hours as 1 of our team struggled with an old injury cramp and no training lol. my knees are drokked today
what an experience tho roll on next year

Yeah it's bloody cold takes all your breath away and they you have to swim under a barrier to get out buy that point you have lost all knowledge of what your doing.
We are gonna do it again next year and aim to get a big team together :)

I was looking through all the events yesterday and I have to say that is the only one I wasn't keen on :lol: a lot of them look like things I'd do when I was scaffolding.

Note we are a man down he told us to carry on running as he could only walk due to severe cramps and an old injury of torn ligaments in his ankle playing up.

But he soldiered on to the end and made it through the electro shock he took a few hits through here
