...get your hands on a copy if you can, but they're not cheap. £250.00 is the cheapest i've found it, but it's the balls!

£117 is a bit better for the book, most expensive I found was £600!!! :-O

Good luck with this mate if you go through cant see why you cant hit 300bhp and be safe though

It's all in the tune :) IMO sleeved block is the only way to go for the most reliability and power 8-)

Simon ran his turbo 5th gen for a long time on the standard block. He had uprated mahle pistons though.
