I've been going down muddy slopes in my Isuzu and found myself not being able to stop the bloody thing due to the weight of it. I don't think that was what he meant thoughSailor wrote:Is that a good thing?3rd gen steve wrote:When you go through heavy mud or snow they are a bit underpowered but unstoppable.
What I meant was that when the 4wd system starts having to really work hard the engine seems to really struggle, but never actually stops pulling the car along. Ive had 5 people and luggage driving through 3-4 foot of snow and you always think its about to stall but never does, ive never been stuck in any of mine. I also have an uncle and cousin who are gamekeepers on an estate with 1500 foot grouse moors and lots of wooded areas and glens, the discovery's have never been stuck but ive had to rescue my cousin"s mitsibushi l200 a few timesSailor wrote:Is that a good thing?3rd gen steve wrote:When you go through heavy mud or snow they are a bit underpowered but unstoppable.
