We've been moved slightly to V3 and W3.

As you'll notice, directly opposite us is the Netherland club, going to be an "aroma" floating our way I think :lol:

If anyone arrives on Thursday before me, the plan is as follows:

Marquee is to be placed towards the back of W3

Start pitching tents at the back of V3

Cars to be parked along the front of the stand.

We'll have bin liners, but they usually give you one at the gate when you arrive as well.

As a club we're fairly responsible, so I always bring a roll of bags anyway.

Can't stand the clubs that leave their plots in a mess :evil:

I dont know what time I will get there. I am leaving work in Godalming at two pm and it is suppose to be a two hour drive.... so we'll see.... as long as I get there before dark.

3pm sounds about right for Lisa and I and maybe even a special surprise guest... :hurr:

Well, I say that, but we've never managed a planned arrival time at jae yet. Always takes longer to pack all the crap up in the cars than expected :evil:
