imo I don't think we need to spend much money on club merchandise banners and hoardings, its mainly about how the cars are layed out on the stand and what is on the stand (as in all ludes or a mix of different cars) - do you remember how good the NSX stand looked at Japfest and how they parked? .... yes ok their NSX's and will look good covered in mud, upside down with fat squirrels chewing on them, but the way they parked really made a big impact.

Bare in mind we don't always get the biggest amount of space and parking nicely can be an issue, but its not usually that bad. Gayno already does a beyond top job imo, and everyone should be very thankful, but once you turn up to a show we need to co-ordinate how the stand looks and help someone like Gayno who is usually doing the running around to make the stand look good instead of just standing around or parking anywhere and walking off for the day

another quick thing, id say we need flyers to hand out to everyone so that if you are driving or walking around and see a lude parked, you can put one under their windscreen wiper 8-)

With whatever is the next big meet/drive etc. that I can attend, I should be able to get a few friends of mine who make professional promo films to help promote the club, they have done some for our local clubs before and they are the shiz :geek:

Mmmm yes that made an impact on all that saw them. Beautiful.

I also like the idea of flyers. I think that would be great to have for every day too. I know I'm a noob but I get dead excited when I see another lude and it's almost like a game for me at the moment (maybe that'll wear off?) I'd like to be able to let other owners we are here :)

Thank goodness for that. I'm like a kid in a sweet shop. I instantly start wondering "are they as excited to see me?" "I wonder where they are heading", "are they on the forum?" I'm not sure what Liam has done to me but I'm a little bit Lude Stalkerish....

Mines not even on the road yet so I've stolen Liam's lude. A little bit addicted to the excitement :? "Hi my names Holly and I'm a Lude spotting addict"

Yeah I still do that too, it never wears off I'm afraid.

Also I've been on the look out for different marquee ideas and I came across these

http://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/coleman-eve ... 15-p290282

I've seen them before and I'm sure some people had them at JAE but I didn't realise how practical they are. They are 4.5m x 4.5m but you can buy connector strips on eBay that connect two of them together. I know they're not cheap by any stretch but they come with a carry bag and are not to big when packed away. Would probably fit in a lude no problem with the seats down. They look fairly professional too and have removable sides depending on the weather. I'm not suggesting we rush out and buy them but I think they should definitely be considered.

Yeah me too

Every time we go away we have to factor in a minimum £30 spend in go outdoors before we set off
