To clarify - that's In Car Entertainment - not frozen water

I believe its the fact that Honda uk uses Pal DVDs since the late 90s on the sat navs and the JDM Prelude uses NTSC CD-R.
Also the Prelude isnt a navigation per say but more of a overhead unguided map.

Does it display porn. Otherwise this thread is utterly pointless.

For the Accord wagon I'd try and grab the disc unit out of a 6th gen Accord and plug it in to see what happens :?:

Did the USDM 5th gen's come with the nav screen?
If so, they would also be NTSC (and they might only be of the US, but at least they'd be in sort of engrish!)

I absolutely loved the touch screen heaters. Everyone who came in to the car thought it was so cool 8-)

My Nav had all Japanese markings for the buttons for even more JDM yo!!!

When I press the 'NAV' button on the screen, the Honda navigation logo comes up and then warning sign and then some JDM writing and then it get stuck..

@macky_6, Have you got a picture of what it looks like when you press the 'NAV' button?

@nitin_s1 Sorry mate, I don't have any pics of that. It looked pretty similar to the screen you have in your pics. All Jap writing with the warning triangle ⚠. The Nav was in my old SiR

One day though it must have detected the satellite overhead as for about 2 mins the screen lit up with a map and a GPS pin flashing. Must have been a bit confused that it was about 10 thousand miles out  mesmerising stuff for 2 mins though :D
