Help which antifreeze do i use?

I think I actually have a 5L bottle of Honda fluid somewhere. Will check tomorrow.

I remember now reading before about MEG and MPG a few years ago and deciding to go for MPG over MEG in my rebuilt engine.

Ive got some of Halfords best red stuff in my new Koyo Racing Aluminium Radiator its the OAT Anti-Freeze and Coolant. It says its is "Silicate and organic additive technology. Up to 5 years protection. Protects against corrosion, overheating and freezing"

I bought the 5 litre concentrate mixture as you need about 7 or 8 litres of the stuff if your doing the whole system.....
