so I won a 3G on Ebay now the kebab doesn't want to flog it saying he sold it elsewhere and tried to end the auction oh well

I hate stupid kebabs like that either put a reserve on it or mail the highest bidder they have no intelligence these people their mums must have slept with their own fathers and fathers father in a country spitroast

is it really worth the hassle of opening a case if it was the other way around he wouldn't be happy I am not going to accept the nulling of the transaction though so he will have to pay ebay

besides you cant raise a case against a seller anymore unless you have paid and a month has passed ebay sucks
