I used baking soda with distilled vinegar and it didn't work.

Wet sand with increasingly fine sandpaper, polish and lacquer

You need to get off all that old tatty lacquer.

From when I did it:

The scratches and yellowness on the OEM's

Sanded Vs unsanded

400 grit sanded (left) Vs 1200 grit sanded (right)

Sorry I dont have a pic of them all polished and re-lacquered. I need to do them again now.

Or as a 6month temp fix, get some T cut and rub the jobby out of them, we use auto smart evo 3. Then buff off with clean cloth. Works a treat

By hand yes, or a small 6inch (I think) die sander. That fecker up there will take the plastic with it
