Anyone on LG near Bonneybridge?

Banter goes here, and doesn't have to be Lude related

Anyone on LG near Bonneybridge?

Post by wurlycorner » Mon Nov 10, 2014 7:09 pm

There's a face lift 3g lude breaking there (white, looks lovely actually :cry: )

Interested to see what some of the bits on it are like and don't really trust a scrappy to check for me (they'll just say yes it's there or not).
Particularly, the interior boot carpet and the clock flap.
Also tempted by the bumpers and tailights, but not sure...

Anyway, is there someone that could go and take a look at it for me and assist in getting the bits if they're any good please???

I'm not miles away if no-one closer can help?

I'm only a half hour away, but in all honesty probably worse than useless at looking at anything due to my utter ignorance :(

I will be heading Glasgow to South Wales at Christmas if partial LG express any use.

I could take a look at the weekend when it's light, but honestly wouldn't recommend it. I have the automotive judgement of a partially sighted camel. If I can assist with anythng related but foolproof probably a better idea.

Yeah, I noticed the sol and wondered what other Honda's might be lurking that might yield some useful stuff...

Would you by any chance be up for helping with this vanzep? (btw I still have your brake prop valve sat here on the table in a jiffy bag! :facepalm: ) need to get that in the post!!!

So sad to see both this 3rd gen and 5th gen (in background) preparing for the motorway in the sky! :cry:

Having a look round some of the other stuff listed, looks like this could be one of those dying breed kind of scrap yards - massive, with all sort of random cars scattered about where you can happily lose an afternoon wandering around looking at stuff and scavenging. Goldmine;
