You're bang on ordering from their ebay shop, that's where I get some of my packs from - it's often cheaper than ordering direct for the aerosols, IIRC?

ML, 1000 and 3125 are intended for the same use but they're a different composition.
Looking at the data sheets, ML and 3125 are more oil based whereas 1000 is more synthetic based (polyethylene).
Main differences in performance seems to be how far each one penetrates and how long each lasts when subjected to salt spray. ML and 3125 penetrates further, 1000 lasts longer under salt spray.
ML is like 3125 but not as hard. 3125 can be used for underbody, ML is only really suitable for cavities.
 I think that's right, ayway...
I've not used 1000 myself.

Think ML3125 is a blend of ML and 3125? And I think that's the one I use? :D I'd need to go to the shed in order to check...

Lol
Thanks Iain

I have pose those questions to Dinitrol eBay -
Will see what he says.

Having said that - might go down the Mec "OCD" route.
But with not much rust on my car, not sure £30 of scale X is value for money for (after paying for Bilt Gel etc etc)....

Will see

Deffo want to remove thise tail gate lights,
As this pic shows drops of water dripping from the lights:
Image

So lights easy to remove?
And which sealant best to use to restick lights back on to make water proof?

Also, do i sealant these black covers as well?
Or do under them the water are suppose to run under and down onto road?

I think there should be a foam gasket behind them mate, it's probably past it's serviceable life and needs replacing. I doubt Honda will stock them any more (they may do though), but I think people have made their own before using shop bought foam and the old gasket as a template. I keep meaning to do mine...

*edit

You can see one of the nuts securing the tail lights in your first pic, there should be 4 or so per light and then it should come off easily enough, although I've not tampered with the lights on a 3g, only my 4g and 2g

Cheers martin

Think it is 4 bolts - as i didnt know why the inner cover didnt come out - apparent one of the bolt washer covers some of the trim thus holding it in place:

Well
This is the new replacement for my broken electric aerial:
Image

With big gaping gaps like that in the sections of the aerial (above) - and my rust by the aerial motor - i not that keen to replace it now and not much faith in the water running down the aerial and into the tube to carry the rain water away ...

New left, old snapped right:

Er
Paranoid and silly question:
Those rear wing panels on the inside - normal to be wet with condensation right?
As in the left wing here
Image

I mean when its really cold - condensation water is just going to accumulate and run into boot right????

they are pressure vents so when you slam the bootlid the air pressure has somewhere to go

well when metal is colder than the air around it you will get condensation unfortunately and those box sections do get cold
