Instrument illumination bulbs

A couple of bulbs in my speedometer illumination have blown, does anyone know what type of bulbs these are please. I'm thinking of replacing them with LED's. This is a pre facelift dash, not EL dials.

They're all T5's I think?
Different powers though; see 4th gen manual, page 23-158 and 23-159.
