Also could be headgasket inbetween 3 and 4 starting to go or head starting to warp. Lets hope its the easy fix and valve clearances as that will make compression go down

I like his thinking, but I don't think the prelude idle control system is advanced enough to make that sort of call (or able to adjust the idle by that great an amount).

How old is the head.? Could be warn valve seats

ive got no idea how old is the head but i have it on my car since 2014 may

i hope its something with valves because engine have done total about 120k miles



so my high idle is not related with that one cylinder not working?

Wouldn't have thought so, but I wouldn't worry about that for now anyway, I'd focus on sorting out the compression first and then move on to other things.
