Donald I'll act as junior funder for a reasonable percentage, providing I can offset the delivery risk by you agreeing to bring in a competent service provider and step down the terms. Is Wurly available for this? Also, we'll need an interface agreement between all the parties. I'll start drawing up an outline programme and if we get a decent level of Commercial representation from everyone we could be good to move by the summer.

If that's the case, I'm afraid I will now need an agreed service level agreement to underpin future performance of the product, undersigned by all stakeholders and the steering committee. This may require a project sponsor?
Do we have any volunteers?
