I do recommend it as long as ur trying not to loose any more parts or paint of ur car :lol:

After having some issues with vtec one night (kinda stuttering and choking before vtec would engage properly) i decided to give the lude a bit of loving. changed the oil and filter, cleaned the vtec solenoid screen, cleaned out the iacv, (bouncing idle has come back) blanked off the egr and got shot of the bosch spark plugs and fitted ngk iridiums.

I know it will probably make me unpopular but so far i cant feel much of a difference between the bosch and ngk plugs. hoping that will change! :D

And today me and a mate had a bit of fun with spray cans! got tired of the rusty old gear stick and plate:

decided to have a bit of a clean and polish underneath when i was greeted with this:

And finished up with this! unfortunately managed to scratch the fresh paint on the stick and the surround, but im still really happy with the way it looks!
