Just been to get a price for the wheel refurb and im now thinking i would be better getting some new alloys. I am thinking 17" . Anyone know what fitments the wheels are. I just googled it and its saying 4x100 is that correct ???? Found some 17s on gumtree that i quite like for the price.:)

Welcome.
As others have said, nice to hear from new 3g owners.
17s can look a bit odd on 3gs, so be careful what you pick.

 what do you mean by Type R conversion btw? :? There never has been a Type R prelude?

I have seen 3rd gens on YouTube with integra type r set up. Apparently you can get engine, gear box, loom ..etc. for about £1000. then £300 for the engine mounting kit . . Don't know too much about it like I said but sound good. Something different. ;)

I have the 12 valve single cam at the min. It would be a b18c5/c6 for the swap. Lot of messing about by the sound of it. Some other guy on the prelude power site had same interest :)

This is one of the 3rd gens with what I believe to be the same conversion.

What size rims do other 3rd gen owners usually go for. I know what you mean but 17s looking a little strange.

The originals are 14".
16" seem to look really good.
Like I say, some 17's suit well. honda hardy had some 17" MG rims on his 3g and they looked fantastic.
