So its been a couple of weeks since my MOT and I had an advisory for a minor exhaust leak from the front flex joint.
I figured it may be a good excuse to upgrade my manifold but from looking around I can see a lot of talk about The 2-1 section hanging too low on some of the upgrade options..
I've got my eye on an Accord type r Manifold at a decent price. Would this bolt up? Are there better alternatives?
Since I bought the Lude a year ago everytime I start the car the revs jump up to perhpas 2500-3000 for a second before settling back down again. Is this normal? I've cleaned out the IACV, EGR and checked the FITV valves. I've just grown to except it as it doesn't really effect anything. Perhaps the minor exhaust leak might have a contribution?
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

not sure if the accord type r manifold will fit without modification i think it has a completely different exhaust layout to the lude
