New member seeking 4th gen

Post by Saab9000 » Sat Jun 20, 2015 11:43 pm

Hi all I'm new to this forum but not new to hondas I've owned a fair few over the years including 2 4th gens I have been out of the honda scene for a while until my brother got a ep3 type r and that honda addiction is slowly coming back. (Just when I thought I was out they pull me back in) I'm looking to get another 4th gen I have roughly £1000 to spend and I'm set on a 4th gen there is just somthing about them. If anyone knows of clean ones for sale or even to give me some advice I'm happy to listen. Thank all

I hope so there getting pretty rare nowadays I would love to get one from another fellow enthusiast. I have seen a few lemons in my time so I sort of know what to look for when viewing but I know I won't get a concurs car for £1000

Hi and welcome.
You should be able to pick one up for sub £1k
Whether you get clean one is another story.

I'm struggling to find any for sale to be honest I sort of know the spec I'm after. I owned my last prelude around 6 years ago and back then they were alot about. There slowly becoming extinct lol hopefully one pops up soon. If anyone knows who the gentleman is on hear that is selling the silver h22 4th gen with the white p1s. It's the one that has been in a bit of a front end bump but looks like it's under repair. I would like to get hold of him. I left a comment on his for sale page but he might not log in to often.

I think I've got his number - he's waiting on a headlight from me before he sells the car (which I'm waiting on a pair from jj before I can release to him :sega: )
I'll drop him a text to let him know you're interested.

I would really apreaciate that it looks like a solid 4th gen with the bodywork touched up I think I could make it a minter I'm looking to get a good solid one as I have no intention of selling it this time
