Cheers... Rear brake calliper failed and brake fluid drained in minutes which left me with no functioning brakes. Tight Scottish Roads are not the best with no brakes.

Never, ever heard of that before? Sure it was the calibre? Not a brake hose/line? (even then, never heard of that on a lude)

i had the same happen to me in an alfasud ti but that was the front brakes and they also had a handbrake on them so this sort of thing isnt unusual maybe with Honda's but anytime you make one part do 2 jobs you get problems like sticky calipers or seized handbrakes

Yep, doesn't mean it can't happen of course :D just really surprised and curiosity of course means I'm interested to see how it's failed, if it has.
