Lol I've had a similar issue with the guy at work pushed me to get his contract sorted then didn't want to sign it because it wasn't in his favour lol

Mec is on the right track, albeit this is not a construction contract.

Basically some people just need to grow up... Game playing is nothing other than a total waste of time and energy. When that's the length you have to go to in order to increase your gentleman's sausage size, it's pretty sad...
