Oh yeah i think it has been brought down who by ??? who knows wouldnt be the first time the russians have dropped one of their own.

possibly but the difference is thousands of feet in a very short time, losing a tail would more likely lose stability left/right not so much up /down. It certainly would send it into a dive though, not pitch it up. Not that i am an aeronautical engineer just been to a few aircrashes to rescue pilots so kind of used to the data. They use it as a way of quick guessing survival so you can tailor the attendance.
