Yep, mot needed for top money.

Used sensor should be around £40.

Ecu re-solder is free if you're a bit handy, just needs a couple of hours if you've not taken one out/apart before.

UK have less rust? isn't it the other way round?

but with a full MOT I'd say its worth £2k but if you'd get that its another story

I think its because UK spec models were underseal from the factory whereas JDM models weren't as they don't put down salt on the road, unlike us. im sure the boffins will correct me if im wrong :D

jdms have been in the UK less. hence less time to go rusty was my thinking :lol:

That's about the strength of it I believe Mart.

I've seen rusty as fook UKDM's and JDM's, (and shock horror 5th gens too..) and very tidy ones too.
I remember way back when I got mine and imports were very common, this thing about underseal was talked about but I never saw any actual evidence of a difference, plus all ludes were built in Japan anyway.

It's right before Christmas, the car has some undesirable issues and a short MOT, and it's a niche car. I wouldn't expect it to sell quickly.
