yeah thats the release bearing shouldnt be noisy like that

i would not say it is grinding sound, first thing that would come on my mind is like listening to diesel engine or like tapping valves

ok, but what should i tell him about potential errors with the installation? I talked to a few mechanics and most of them are saying: ˝you almost can not install clutch the wrong way so it should not be a problem˝
it could be a material defect, but just in case i would like to know anyway
I think saving money at reinstalling the clutch at the same mechanic would be nice too.

There's not a lot you can get wrong, beyond not aligning it correctly, not refitting bolts correctly etc. But if it's not aligned correctly, that just prevents you refitting the gearbox, so that can't be the issue here.

take it to him and let him listen to it if he is a decent mechanic he will want to sort that out
